Rector Search Update – October 28, 2025
The Rector search process is progressing smoothly and remains on schedule. Recently, the
Search Committee and Vestry participated in a meeting with HolyCow! Consulting, where the
results of the August parish survey were presented. For your reference, a copy of the PowerPoint
presentation summarizing these results is attached.
Building on the survey findings, the committee developed a Parish Profile, which is also
attached. This profile was posted with the greater Episcopal Church on October 1 and will
remain open for six weeks. Applications are already being submitted to the Diocese. Once the
Diocese completes its vetting process, the Search Committee will begin reviewing the
candidates. We anticipate conducting initial Zoom interviews with selected applicants in mid-
November to late early December.

Altar Flower Policy Change:
If you would like to bring flowers for the altar, please reach out to Leslie in the church office (970) 925-3278 or Leslie@christchurchaspen.org. The church will provide ONE vase.
